Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we are confident that you will be pleased with your order. However, we do understand that occasionally a return or exchange may be necessary. We want to make sure that you enjoy your shopping experience at Top Rated Dog Beds.
We will accept returns and exchanges on new and unused items. If you have a return or exchange please contact us within 2 weeks of receipt of the item to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) Items in new and unused condition will be refunded less shipping charges and will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Items received damaged upon your delivery will be exchanged at no additional cost to you. Exchanges will not be charged the 15% re-stocking fee. Please contact us before trying to return something as we will not issue a credit without prior approval and an RMA.
If you need to return something, please send an email through our contact form or call us at 1-866-645-8789 within 14 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 14 days as long as the product is in new condition and returned in the original packaging.

Delivery Time
Orders ship within 3 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments. If you require a rush order, please call us, toll-free at 1-866-645-8789 to discuss special arrangements. Additional fees may be incurred for rush delivery.
Shipping
All orders delivering to Canadian addresses are shipped once per week. We've found the most cost effective way to ship to our Canadian customers is to consolidate shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation adds up to 5 additional days for shipping but results in a flat $10.95 US additional charge for duties and taxes.
Shipments to Canada do not qualify for the flat rate $9.95 shipping fee. For all Canada shipments, any shipping charge under $50.00 US (excluding $10.95 US for duties and taxes) will be charged at the time of shipment. If the shipping charge exceeds $50.00 US, you will be notified by email with the shipping quote. We ask that you review the quote and specifically approve the costs prior to processing for shipment.
At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S. or Canada.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (6%).
